When you need a remanufactured valve rest assured that we can meet your needs each and every time. All valves are disassembled and blasted down to bare metal and inspected for wear to meet ASME B16.34. All wetted parts are inspected and all parts that do not conform to OEM specifications are rejected and replaced with new parts. All steps in the process are controlled by a quality control checklist to insure that the valve conforms to regulatory standards. This is not only a repairing process, but a remanufacture process, during which a totally new valve will be shown to the customer.
