Valve Repair
Our Houston plant is equipped with a range of machines and test equipmentallowing
us the ability to repair gates, globe, checks, ball valves and butterfly
valves in sizes up to 36 inch in gate and ball valves and butterfly
valves up to 54 inch. Our test equipment allows us to test ANSI Class
valves to 4500 psi. The quality of our repair procedures are maintained
at a high standard through training of our employees and our quality
control program. That program includes machining procedures, welding
procedures, assemble and testing procedures. These procedures insure
that the finished product conforms to industry and regulatory standards.
Our company prides itself on our reputation of producing a quality product,
repaired correctly. Some of our customers have found us as a key partner
in offering them a quality remanufactured valve, when a new valve of
a given type and pressure was not available. |
